Abstract: Background: Biocatalysis in organic solvents has several benefits over aqueous solvents, including solubility of substrates, ease workup, separation the product, and, certain cases, reusability biocatalysts. Materials and Methods: A simple, effective, environmentally friendly technique for synthesizing pyrazoles been established, which involves cyclo condensation chalcones isonicotinic acid hydrazide using a relatively inexpensive catalyst baker’s yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae). Molecular properties prediction docking studies were also performed. Results: The predicted molecular suggest that molecules are safe oral consumption their on 2BVC-Mycobacterium tuberculosis glutamine synthetase show favorable ligand binding nature. structural assignments validated based spectrum data. compounds evaluated antitubercular, vitro anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant effects. analysis reveals synthesized derivatives possessing methoxy, nitro, hydroxyl, fluoro, chloro substitution through phenyl ring help molecule to increase its pharmacological activities.
